I am absolutely new to this but i know that in EU max is 100mW.

    Here are my Results:

    Region: EU + Transmit Power: 100mW = 2MB/s
    Region: US + Transmit Power: 100mW = 8MB/s
Both with Wifi N 150 Client.

Why this difference? Isn't the Transmit Power Value the max Value the Router outputs?

What must i do to be sure that i don't break European Law ?
Is there anything within the Router to see real transmit Power?

The same is when i run Transmit Power: 0.
What exactly happens when i switch countries?
US feels like my Wlan runs 2-4x better than EU.

United States or Canada with Transmit Power 0.
How much mW does the Router output? More than 100mW?

with setting "eu" or "germany" (txpwr 0) the r7000 has an unbelieveable bad wifi performance.
iphone goes off in the first hour and my dvbviewer client (atheros chipset, 5 meters and 2 tiny walls away) has dropouts with 11 mbits hd channels.

so from now i am forced to use the "us" setting and i still don't know if i break german or european law or not.
my feeling says that the power is very very high *getcancer* :)
