RAID 1 Problem

I have a problem with my NAS 200, using firmware R75. I am using a RAID 1 system. I formatted the drives as EXT2. The problem is that I shot down the system, disconnected from the power source and took apart the HDDs to make some cleaning duties. I reinserted the drives, in the same order that I had and restarted the system. Now the web manager recognize the drives as a RAID 1 system, but I cannot access the drives. The system says:

    Volume Mode:
    Mirroring (RAID 1)
Volume Status: RAID 1 - Not Ready
Click following button to reset volume:

Do not power-off the Network Storage System while reseting Volume Mode.

Disk 1 SAMSUNG HD103UI Used by RAID 1
Disk 2 SAMSUNG HD103UI Used by RAID 1

I don't want to touch the "Reset Mode" button, as I don't think it is a good idea.

Is there a way that I can remount the RAID 1? Is my data toasted?

I read about how flimsy this equipment is, but I never thought it would be that flimsy.

I don't know much about Linux, but if there is a way to recover my data, please let me know.

    Thank you very much.
