    Hi everyone

I've been experiencing seemingly random disconnects between my Router and wirelessly connected client(my labtop and my nintendo Wii). My computers which are connected by ether, work flawlessly. Signal to WLAN clients are at -70db or better(so that shouldn't be a problem).I use Tomato on WRT54GL v1.1
My WLAN settings are default except that I use WPA Personal with TKIP with a key generated by tomato. if anyone has any insight to offer I would really appreciate it.

it may be interference, change channel, and check uptime, if it's unusually short, it's randomly rebooting

connection uptime is several days, so that's not it. I'm on channel 6 what channel should I change to?

Most routers default to 6 so try 1 or 11. Get a copy of NetStumbler or Inssider and see what is in use.

Also increase tx power (1 - 251) according to your router model. Use "safe" levels or else hardware damage. Search for appropriate values. I personally use defaults on Buffalo, and 70 on Linksys. Also microwave oven = random wireless disconnects.
