I loaded DD-WRT 2.3 mini for WRT54gs4 on my WRT54GS4 router. It was successful. But when, using the DD-WRT Control Panel/Administration/Command Shell to install packages using ipkg update and ipkg install, it gives the error message:

mkdir: Cannot create directory `//jffs/usr/': Read-only file system.

How do I make the Jffs Read-Write to install more packages?

A dumb question.. Did you enable JFFS in the admin GUI??

Telnet into your router and enter the following:

    df -h

It should show the JFFS partition and how much free space is there
