Regarding the transferring of settings to another router

I intend to exchange (ie transfer) the settings on one router to another router using their respective configuration file that is saved prior. Both are flashed with the same version of Tomato. Btw, the models are WRT54Gv2.0 and WRT54Gv2.2 respectively.

Will there be any problems? Thanks in advance.

Anyway, not possible to load the settings that were obtained from a hardware version, to another hardware version. I guess I will have to input the settings manually.

I don't think it's possible to transfer the settings to another router, regardless of hardware version.

If Tomato is like other firmware I've used in the past, you might end up tranferring the MAC addresses in the deal. Not sure what other settings might go along for the ride and I've never tried it, figured it was just safer to re-enter the settings manually.
