We have purchased a new RV042 router with version 1.3.9 of the software on it. I set up all the required defaults for remote access.

    Router is in Gateway mode.
Site is running DSL with a static IP
There is one device on the DMZ for videoconferencing
I have setup the network with a 192.168.0.* network with DHCP enabled.
I have enabled the telnet function in it.

    https access is disabled
Port 8080 is for remote management, which is enabled.

But... I cannot log in remotely to the device, using either the http://number:8080 or telnet and we cannot ping (and ping is enabled).

    Can you help?
