I am looking at putting my wireless router in a wall mounted and lockable data cabinet to make it 7 month old twins prove..... they seem to like the flashing lights far to much!!!!! Anyway if I do this I need to extend my wireless antenna's out of the cabinet to keep a good wireless single, has anybody got any experience of these Linksys products with a WRT and Tomato? Sorry about the long URL's

    The AS1SMA single antenna stand....

    The AS2TNC dual antenna stand....

I am really interested in comments about the following queries, but anything about them would be greatly appreciated or is there alternative options....?

    1) They are bound the decrease performance a bit but is it noticable?
    2) They appear to only connect to one of the aerial sockets is this correct? If yes can I run TX and RX over a single antenna or do I need to buy two of these one for each antenna on the WRT?
    3) Going on from point 2 does anybody know of a single stand with 2 antenna's and 2 cables back to the router, reason for this is that the router is in the living room so it has to be a neat and tidy job....

I have a WRT54GL 1.1 running Tomato 1.13.... and PS I need the cables to be around 6 to 8 feet long (about 2 to 2.5 meters).

Thanks in advance for any reviews, comments or alternative options given
