Remote Desktop (RDC) Through Home Router

I have a Linksys WRT54G v5 at home. I work at 2 companies, the primary and the secondary (and I work from home also).

The IT admin at my primary company enabled it so I can login to my desktop at my primary company from home via Remote Desktop Connection (he's limited it to my home IP address). However, since I don't have a static IP address at my secondary company, he doesn't want to enable access from there.

What I've been doing is Remote Desktop'ing from my secondary, to home, and then Remote Desktop'ing again to my primary. What I'm wondering is if there's a way to setup my router to--when RDC'ing in, automatically be redirected to my primary company's IP address? Essentially, I would RDC "home"--but the router would automatically send me through to my primary company.

    Thanks a lot.
