Hi. I've been using WRT54GL with Tomato for some time. Recently upgraded to 1.25.
I play fps games on my pc and sometimes I download torrents on my laptop via wifi.
The problem is that after a night of torrenting I have nasty lags that make my online game a slideshow - even when the torrent client is off. I thought that it is server problem but after resetting my router everything comes back to normal. Someone said that it has something to do with "buffers", but I can't see any option to flush them in Tomato's web interface. Resetting router every morning is pointless and ugly way.
How can I solve the problem? What is the proper way to get things work flawlessly the easy way?

when your router makes your game lag after a night of torrenting:

    - what kind of results to pings (not ingame) yield as compared to those you get when the router was just restarted?
    - what do the values for cpu load and memory load look like (look webif - overview) and
    - what's the connection tracking value (advanced / conntrack/netfilter / "count current...")?

and a bonus question: does the router's webif itself behave sluggish as well?

It's couple of minutes after I disabled torrent client.
Ping is the same as usual. CPU load is 0.00 / 0.01 / 0.00.
    Memory usage is 14.19 MB / 2,400.00 KB (16.52%).
    Current connection counter is 50.
    Webif does not behave sluggish.
