Routing problems when WAN is wireless

I have an E4200 using the 2.4 GHz band as a Wireless Client from time to time when main ISP is down which happens too often :(

It seems that at least with the last couple of Toastman builds 0497 and 0497.1 RT-N Ext and now with Shibby 090 RT-N AIO, the routing table does not get created correctly.

The following lines do not get created:
Destination Gateway / Next Hop Subnet Mask Metric Interface * 0 eth1 (WAN)
    default 0 eth1 (WAN)

Flashed back to Shibby 083 RT-N AIO and all is well again. I can't remember for sure how far back this Wireless Client configuration was working in Toastman builds as I have used Shibby for the past few months.

    Is it just me?

I use a static address for WAN
"Use WAN port for LAN" is checked. (Problem exists even if that box is unchecked)

I can add the routing table entries manually but it would seem it should not be required.
