    Hi Guys,

My Tomato WRT54gl currently dials PPPOE connection for my network, however, I would like some clients within the network, to also dial their own pppoe connections, my old D-Link router used to allow it, and as far as I know, most adsl modems also allow it. But how do I get tomato to allow pppoe connections within the network.

Connecting the ISP cable to a switch, and then tomato WAN+LAN to the same switch, is unfortunately not an option, although that would work.

So far, I've read, rp-pppoe-relay allows for pppoe dialing on dd-wrt, is there anyway I can use OpenWRT backports (rp-pppoe-relay_3.8-1_mipsel.ipk) on Tomato 1.28?

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Thanks in advance,

    Kwagga

The OpenWRT build will not work without a *LOT* of library tap-dancing.

I compiled rp-pppoe (including pppoe-relay) on my site - appears to be sane but have not tested (do not have ability to do so). Feedback welcomed.
