The connection with my ISP is through a GPON connection.
I have an ONT (CPE) HUAWEI EchoLife HG865 with 4 ethernet ports.
I just want to plug my RT-N16 into one of the ethernet ports and to act as an wireless access point - my wireless clients should have ip addresses from the huawei cpe.
I also have some services installed on the tomato like a transmission server, samba and ftp that i want to be able to access remotely.
maybe it's a noob question: How can I do all this?

Set Tomatos Wan interface to disabled, give it a Lan IP on the same subnet as the Huawei.
Turn of Tomatos DHCP server then go to Advanced -- Routing and in the miscellaneous section at the bottom set the mode from gateway to router.

To be able to access your files remotely you will probably have to set some port forwarding rule up in the Huawei also open ports for Transmission too.
