Hi, i have a RT-N16 with last TomatoUsb 054 and i need your support to resolve a big problem.
I have tried to search around but with negative results, my problem with this router is the VOIP.
This is my config hardware: RT-N16 and 2 SiemensGigasetA580IP, the two voip devices don’t go out from wan, so i use them only in local lan to calling with their ip#port, all work perfectly with my old router (WRT54GL with latest tomato 1.28) with this new router , randomly(20 sec., 1min-5 min.) drops the call.
I have tried everything , portfarwarding , triggered, Dmz, disable sip alg, disable firewall, change udp unreplayed etc….. nothing!! Randomly the connection fall down !!
I have also configured a provider voip (the default gigaset.net) and it's the same thing.
I have tried the latest Raf firmware but the problem is still there.
With the WRT54GL the 2 Gigaset working perfectly without any nat or specific rule.
Is a firmware problem of the 054 build? I have seen a post where reccomend to use a 048 build, but before try this attempt I hope in your help , i don't want go back to use my old router :( please help me.
    Thank all

Have you tried the UDP timeout settings? What are your timeout settings?

now UDP timeout are, 60 Unreplied and 300 Assured, in voip device nat keep alive 60 , refresh server 180.

this is the report from telnet of a comunication from my two voip devices in local lan when the connection fall down.

my local network is on 10.0.0.# addres, while the internet connection come in with dhcp from a Router Wirless 5ghz of a local provider Hyperlan and use 192.168.10.# .
10.0.0.90 is my voip device, 192.168.10.252 is the wan ip .
5061 is the sip port of 10.0.0.90 , 5060 is the sip port of the second voip device ( 10.0.0.141)
Another thing is when i disable the wan port to block any access to internet, the two voip devices comunicate in lan perfectly, without disconnection, so is something connect to internet access or some udp timeout or closed port.. ... i don't know.

Can you try 25 unreplied and 180 assured Tomato and in VOIP NAT keep alive at 30? These settings work for my VOIP setup.

hi Toink, thank you for replying me, i have done some tentative this morning before going to work, i have used your settings and i can see a little improvment. Another thing , i have seen that if my devices voip don't have any config of voip/provider, is impossible comunicate in local lan between them . So i have disable all provider config(gigaset.net) except one, Euteliavoip, i have put your refresh nat , unreplyed and assured and i have done a call of 5 minutes without interruptions. Now i'm at work and i can't do others test, but i'm starting to think that is some incompatibility with default provider device(gigaset.net) where i can't change any options expect STUN on/off. This afternoon i can tell you more.
    Thank you

...disabled the STUN on all devices and the problem is vanished !!
Probably there is a some incompatibility between Stun config and Tomato in these release of firmware.
    Thank you for support .
