I'm trying to run WDS w/ WPA on 2 WRT54Gv2.2 and 1 WRT54Gv3.1 using HyperWRT

After troubleshooting through most of the problems, I finally got it to work but it's very unstable. The WDS links goes down often.

I defined the SSID for the WDS to be different from the SSID defined for the APs(routers).

    SSID defined in APs: test1
SSID defined for WDS link: test2
    WPA PSK: password

This is the nas4not command format I'm using in my startup script:
nas4not lan wds0.2 up auto aes psk 'password' 'test2'

Should I be using the SSID defined for the APs(routers) i.e. 'test1'?

    Thanks.

I didn't think WPA & WDS worked together at all on HyperWRT but obviously I could be wrong...

I'm assuming you have your reasons for not simply using DD-WRT which supports WPA & WDS great and can be configured from the GUI?

Be sure to post back if you getting it working in HyperWRT!

    Good luck
