First, there is a picture of my lan:

What i want to do is, should be, easy.

Between Network 1 and Main Network, i have a BEFSR41 to allow Network 2 to talk to main network. But the reverse is not possible because the SR41 is doing NAT.

In the SR41, there is a "Gateway" and a "Router" mode. For NAT, I have to set it as gateway. If i put it in Router mode, those 2 network (Main and 1) can access each other. But, in that mode, Network 1 cant acces the internet. Why?

I think if you put the BEFSR41 in router mode you will need to most likely setup routing in the RV042 Advanced Routing so it knows where the IP's exist and can forward any traffic for the MAIN or 1 so that cna contact each other.

I can put it on router mode to join both network. From main to SR41, its perfect (4.1 -> 1.1 and 1.1 -> 4.1)

But the thing, is in this mode, the 172.16.4.1 network, can access the 172.16.1.1 network, but not the internet.

do both networks have the gateway set for the 172.16.1.1 network?

the 1.1 network is ok, can go on the net..

the 4.1, the gateway of the pc is 172.16.4.1, and the wan of the SR41, is using 1.1 for the gw
