On RV042 Bandwidht Mangement setting, when I set an IP address range with a max rate, the max rate is the total bandwidth limit of those IP address ranges, or is it the individual bandwidth limit of each IP in the range?

Another word, if I set IP address 192.168.1.11 - 192.168.1.20 with max rate of 2MB/s. Does it means those ten IP addresses have to share the total bandwidth of 2 MB/s? Or, each individual IP address in the range has a limit of 2 MB/s...

    Thanks,
    Toey
