    Hi,
I've got recently a RV042. Using web explorer and/or FTP client programm is ok.
I put a FTP server on one of my computers (192.168.0.96).
    The RV042 uses 192.168.0.1 ip's.
    I have two internet connexions.
The first (WAN1): Wireless with Siemens Gigaset Se461 Wimax. Bridge and static IP.
The second (WAN1): Wired one with a trendnet TW100-BRM504. PPPoE (can't use bridge config) IP : 192.168.0.3.

If I connect directly to the Trendnet my computer and try to access to my FTP server with net2ftp by my internet IP, it works.
But if I plug my Trendnet (WAN2) on the RV042 and my computer I can't access to my FTP server from net2ftp.

I got also problems with using emule (for testing forwarding) which always give me lowid if I use RV042.

I searched on the forum and can't find any topic that helps me.

Can anyone guide me from the beginning? Thanks

The both WAN1 and WAN2 IP have to be in a different address space than LAN.

If the WAN2 IP is 192.168.0.3 the LAN has to be in a different subnet. A good instance would be 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0 for LAN, in such a case. The LAN set to 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0 will not let the router to work properly.

Hi, I tried to use my WAN1 and it worked perfectly, can access to my FTP server and emule give me high ID. So the problem is with my trendnet 504.

I was referring to changing the LAN IP, not the WAN. The WAN IP is determined by the Internet service provider, so you should not change it.

    Hi,
I meant I changed the IP of the router acted as WAN2, the trendnet, with IP 192.168.1.3.
