Hi, I have two two RV042 configured site-to-site. The only issue I face everyday is that I receive a call from the office that the link is disconnected between the two offices and than I have to login remotely go to VPN and press DISCONNECT button which eventually RECONNECTS the site and everything starts normally. Is it the firmware issue because I have the latest i.e,1.3.13.02-tm. Should i try the downgrade ? or any custom firmware to resolve this issue permanently ? Well, I downgraded all my RV042 v1 units to 1.3.12.19 after experiencing some strange issues. They seem to connect and reconnect normaly wherever there is a traffic to the other end of the VPN. The tunnel goes down sometimes, but at first packet going to the other network the tunnel gets reconnected.
