I have two broadband connection. One 512k and other 384k.

I want to connect both connections to RV042 and have one connection with 896k.
I mean, I want to combine (accumulate) both connections to one connection.
Does RV042 do this job ?

No, what you are asking for would be called bonding and that is usually done at the modem level. There is no Linksys router sold that can do that.

If you had an RV042, you could open one program and connect at 512K and then another program or another instance of the first program and connect at 384K. Some programs, such as FTP programs, can open multiple sessions and utilize both connections at the same time, but that multiple session capability has to be supported by both ends, the FTP server and client.

If you're into rolling your own devices check out pfsense. I believe it is a fork of m0n0wall.
Also check out ZeroShell. They're doing some very cool stuff.
As d__l says for most things bonding must be done on the provider side for perfectly seamless operation but for certain instances one of the above solutions may work. For instance, zeroshell is great for VPN redundancy.
You will have to do some reading to see if it will work for your needs.
