We purchased a RV042 in early Sept. Since day one the WAN connection will go dead at random. It may last two or three days or as short as a few hours. The WAN LED stays lit and all other features (web admin etc) remain functional. Our ISP can ping our Motorola Canopy and it shows an active ethernet connection to the router. Power cycling or unplugging and reconnecting the ethernet cable to the Canopy restores the connection. This is our second unit in less than 30 days to exhibit this behavior. Any ideas?
