RV082 How to view current connections?

I have unusual traffic going from LAN to the internet over RV082 during night hours (22.00PM-6.00AM when no one is in the offices) which is registered with SNMP.
It's approximately 8kbit/s UP and 10kbit/s DOWN continuously.

Is there any way to see current connections on RV082 so I could find out which computer generates that traffic?

On Linux it would be easy with iptraf or netstat - but how to see this (or any other) traffic/connection on RV082?

I have tried to telnet to RV082 but haven't found any usefull commands and didn't want to poke around with this commands - guess they are there for advanced users which I'm not :).

    Any help appreciated.

    Best regards,
    Kopija
