RVL200 VLANs and Access Control

I'm looking at setting up a small network, and the RVL200 looks like it fits the bill. The only remaining concern about it is can I maintain a separate access control list between VLANs? My VLAN configuration would be as follows:

    VLAN 2/Subnet 1: Office/Wired Network (192.168.0.0/24)
    VLAN 3/Subnet 2: Wireless Network (192.168.1.0/24)
    VLAN 4/Subnet 3: Management Network (192.168.255.0/24)

I've looked through the RVL200's documentation about access control, and it only seems to talk about LAN vs WAN, not individual VLANs, leaving it a bit ambiguous in my mind. Has anyone out there done anything like this? I'm used to doing things like this on the PIXs that I manage at work, but this is for my church which has a limited budget.

I have been told the following:

Access rules can be applied to inter-VLAN traffic. However, the web admin interface can be accessed on each VLAN, which cannot be blocked by ACL rules.
