    Hello.

Got a RVS4000 after alot of unstability issues with a WRT54GL. The first problem I got here, is the "Static IP" setting to assign an static ip based on Mac.

Under "Setup" - "Lan" I enter the static ip i want, the MAC, and a hostname. Ive added five computers there, but none of them gets the IP I write in...

Btw, I did a "reset to factory default" after upgrading to the 1.1.0.9 firmware.

I really hope someone could help me out.... :)

    Same Problem

I didnt upgrade my firmware, it came new with V1.1.09.

I also cannot set a static IP. The add button did nothing. It does do something when you click add...I can no longer access the device on that IP over the network.

The other maddening thing is that the router needs to reboot in order to add a static IP. THis is absolutely insane when you are trying to debug something. It takes the router 3 minutes to boot.

I have also had the router crash and need to be reset completely. Since I hadn't backed up the settings this took a while.
