I have the same myself, this is just debug junk. Seems that some dev. of the router's code didn't tidy it up well enough.

what firmware version are you running on both the RVS4000 and the RV082?

    RVS4000 firm 1.1.14 while RV082 is firm 1.3.7.
There is also a ping problem. I ping RVS4000 to RV082 has no problem while RV082 to RVS4000 it will ping only less than 5mins then ping timeout.. I can get only the ping back if I reconnect the tunnel and it will stay less than 5mins. Thanks

I get these messages, too. They look like debug statements, so I disabled debug logging. I was getting them every couple days, so we'll see in a few days if that fixed it. If not, I'll disable info logging as well.

If you don't know how to change the log options, go to the "Administration->Log" screen on the RVS4000 web configuration screen. Uncheck "All (0-7)" and then uncheck 7 which is debug. Finally, remember to click the "Save Settings" button at the bottom. I hope it works...

Update: the "do_bindings" log messages did not cease until I turned off logging of level 4 messages. FYI, here is a description of the log levels from the Linksys help pages:

    0: LOG_EMERG(system is unusable)
1: LOG_ALERT(action must be taken immediately)
    2: LOG_CRIT(critical conditions)
    3: LOG_ERR(error conditions)
    4: LOG_WARNING(warning conditions)
    5: LOG_NOTICE(normal, but significant, condition)
    6: LOG_INFO(informational message)
    7: LOG_DEBUG(debug-level message)
