RVS4000 issues

I just bought a new RVS4000 and I am having an issue with my Company's VPN client.

I have a machine plugged into my RVS4000 and I am trying to access my company's remote VPN Gateway which utilizes a Nortel VPN solution. Just to clarify, I am not using the RVS4000 as a VPN gateway. I have tried disabling the SPI Firewall and the IPS functions with no success.

I have chatted with a Linksys Tech and they offered no help other than to tell me to do a full reset on the router. WOW, that didn't help. No $hit sherlock.

I was running a WRT54GS before and it allowed this VPN client to work fine. I have also confirmed that the VPN passthru protocols are Enabled on the RVS4000.

It just seems as if the RVS4000 is not allowing response packets back through coming from the remote VPN gateway back to my internal host PC.

It's a nice router and I have it paired with a gigabit SD2008v2 switch and it is smoking fast with the internal gigabit PC's I have and is also screaming fast to the Internet but this one issue is causing me heartaches as I require this VPN to work because I work from home.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
