RVS4000: No internet connection on workstations

Here's how I have connected my hardware:

    1. Server (Win2003) > SR2024 Switch

    2. DSL Line > DSL Modem > RVS4000 > SR2024 Switch

    * LAN is made up of 4 workstations and 1 server.

    * I have internet connectivity on the server but am unable to get on the internet using any of the workstation; I am able to ping server from workstations; able to access shared folders/resources on the server.

    * I have DHCP enabled on the server.

    * I tried Enabling DHCP Relay on the RVS4000 with Server's IP Address - still no internet on workstations.

    * From the workstations, my Gateway is indicated as the RV4000's ip address.

    * I lose internet connectivity on server when I connect DSL modem directly into SR2024 switch.

    * DSL Service is provided by AT&T; DSL Modem is Speedstream.

Please help me, what am I doing wrong?
