Set up Tomato to only route some traffic through VPN?

    Hi Everyone,
I've just flashed my AC66u with the latest version of Tomato and so far everything is working well. I've created some LAN's and configured the VPN. What I'd like to do now is set the configuration so that only some of the traffic is routed through the VPN. This will be a combination of wireless and wired clients, but I want them to always be routed through the VPN while the rest of the clients would just go directly out to the internet. I believe this is possible but I'm very new to Tomato and would love some help on setting this up.

Interesting, but this would also require that I delete and recreate the default route back through my local gateway correct?

It also directly references how to accomplish this with OpenVPN, but I'm using a different VPN provider, so I'm not sure the initialization variables required to manipulate the routing tables would be available to me.

If I were to script this, I could put in the route delete statement, but how would I reference the gateway IP address of the VPN tunnel?

    Thanks for the help.

Every VPN technology has its own way of initializing the firewall, so until we get specific, we’re just left to ponder a world of possibilities. So let’s get very specific here. What VPN technology are you considering (PPTP, OpenVPN, etc.)? And who is the VPN provider?

    I appreciate the help.

I'm using PrivateInternetAccess VPN, which uses the OpenVPN protocol. It is configured and up and running just fine, so that part at least is done.
