Setting QoS max bandwidth limits based off daily download amounts

I'm in the UK and my ISP has decided to implement Subscriber Traffic Management (STM), which basically means if I download more than 350 MB between a certain period then my download rate and upload rate are halved; making the existing QoS rules null and void.

My idea is to use the scheduler in combination with the current daily bandwidth figure to compare it against the 350 MB figure, which I can then use to limit the QoS settings for a temporary period.

The only part I can't figure out is what command should be issued in the scheduler to get the daily bandwidth figure from rstats? I've had a look at the source code for the bandwidth pages, but can't figure it out - does anyone have any ideas?
