Is there a step by step for setting this up on both the Router and client side? I've searched everywhere and can't seem to find one. What I've done so far:

    - Enabled PPTP Server in Admin
    - Set PPTP Server IP to that of the router LAN interface
    (192.168.1.1)
    - Set an internal IP range of 192.168.1.35-40
(I also tried 10.1.1.1-10 as was suggested in another post)
    - Create a tunnel connection on the XP client

When I try to connect I get an error 678 stating that it can't communicate with the server. I've tried turning off the firewall, opening ports, etc... I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

Did you put the correct chap secrets in? In WRT like this:

    userSPACE*SPACEpassSPACE*SPACERETURN

And of course the same in your client.

I had tried that originally, but don't know if I plugged the chap secret in the right place on the client side. I tried it and am still getting the 678 error. It seems like it's not even seeing the request on my router. Do I have to hard reboot the router (power cycle) for the change to impelement? It says it's changed in the admin console, but who knows? I may try upgrading to .3 beta 1 and see if things change too.

    Thanks!
