Setup WRT54G v1.1 behind another brandless router

I'm having problems to connect my Linksys WRT54G v1.1 router with Satori v4.0 firmware.

Another router, very simple brandless one, connects to a Cable Modem which provide me and 3 other computers my internet connection. Now I want to plugin the Linksys in that router.

I've tried lots of methods and settings but the Linksys doesn't seem to get any info from the brandless router.

This should work but it does not, configuration:
    brandless router ip 192.168.1.1, DHCP 192.168.1.10 - 192.168.1.20
    Linksys router ip 192.168.1.21, DHCP 192.168.1.100 - 192.168.1.110

I suspect that it has anything to do with the Advanced Routing settings, but I don't know how to set it up.

Also, when I plug in my AirPort Express in the bransless router, things work perfectly as long as I choose a full duplex connection.

NOTE: I want to setup the Linksys as a wired client/bridge.

    Anyone?

both networks are in the same subnet

Change your rotIPs for the linksys router to something else. I'm assuming you are using a 255.255.255.0 subnet mask, which means the networks on either side of your linksys router are actually the same network.

    Try this instead:
    brandless router ip 192.168.1.1, DHCP 192.168.1.10 - 192.168.1.20
    Linksys router ip 192.168.1.21, DHCP 192.168.2.100 - 192.168.2.110
