What are the differences between shibby and toast? I read that shibby allows usb hubs. But what are the other differences?
Toastman has different QoS features. Shibby tends to have more tech in the firmware such as Transmission (torrent downloader), Tor Project support, DNScrypt (encrypted dns from opendns) etc.
Shibby adds whatever is asked, even when it doesn't make much sense Toastman adds what feels is required / tested. Otherwise, they are very similar and compatible with one another: e.g. you can put Toastman then Shibby and it doesn't require a complete nvram reset
i have to disagree with you @jya I think all my features are needed but not for all. This is the reason why i`m compiling lot of buildtypes. I want to each from users can select build the best for himself.I don`t add new feature for one user. If IMO new feature can help and make happy more users then i will do this. For 2nd i want to make full sources of tomato with all features. Anyone can download sources and compile tomato for exactly his needs.
