    Hi all,

I switched my internet from DSL to cable and noticed drop in speed.
If I hook my laptop directly to the router, I get about 6 Mbps - what I pay for.
While on wifi it's inconsistent and can be anywhere from 200 Kbps to 4 Mbps.

    The setup is as follows
Teksavvy ISP (via Rogers infrastructure) - cable modem Motorolla SB6121(new) - Linksys WRT54GL running Tomato 1.28 (used it with DSL before) - Laptop (multiple)

The only config change I made was switch the router from PPoE to DHCP.

I also hooked up Ooma phone thingy into the router (via ethernet cable), but I don't see how it can be relevant.

Router throws following in the log, but I think it was there before (IPs and MACs removed)

    Nov 7 21:17:27 unknown daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[94]: DHCPREQUEST(br0)
    Nov 7 21:17:27 unknown daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[94]: DHCPACK(br0)
    Nov 7 21:23:28 unknown daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[94]: DHCPINFORM(br0)
    Nov 7 21:23:28 unknown daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[94]: DHCPACK(br0)
    Nov 7 21:24:56 unknown daemon.info dnsmasq-dhcp[94]: DHCPINFORM(br0)

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
