    Hey folks,

Over at Small Net Builder they had a comparision article of DD-WRT vs Tomato vs Stock linksys firmware. This site is a spin-off from Toms Hardware - Networking

    Here is the link: http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/content/view/30437/55/

I have taken issue with the testing means and posted a few comments.

Basically what he seems to have done is perform a firmware flash, set a DMZ and run some tests. By the look of his charts we have a 14% increase in router thoughput, but the router connection limit sucks.

I have already sent a few comments to him advising him to turn on the QOS (it is OFF in a initial flash) and set up conntrack a little better (UDP/TCP timeouts).

What we really need is some of you network heavies (I do not consider myself one of these) to get involved and lets get a decent test out of this review.

I hate to see an inaccurate review and I KNOW Tomato performs better than his review.

    Thank you
