I was wondering if a Sony Memory Stick or for that matter, any flash memory will work with the same procedure that the SD card does? I have a few Sony sticks laying around that I will never use and was wondering if this would work? They are first gen sticks so they are basically useless for anything else.

I think that the SD card works because it runs basically like a serial interface, so the GPIO pins work perfectly to run serial through. However, this could be horrifically wrong. Now, if what I said is true, Sony may also run in serial, I don't know.
