Is there any ipkg for squid or some other proxy... I need to lock down the children access to the various site, and it would be nice if I could use my tomato to be the proxy server...

You could try using the parental controls for OpenDNS. Tomato also has an access restrictions section in the config.

Where do I lock to config

I am familiar with that in DD-WRT, but I am not seeing that ability in the Tomato... For instance, I daughter like to fixate on a group called B5, as well as a singer named Rhianna. What I am trying to do is setup a time restriction that M-F 7:30A-6:00P... And searches for either B5 or Rhianna will be blocked. After 6:00PM, she can search for anyone until 10P, at which time, all HTTP traffic is halted. This will allow for all of our P2P stuff to remain connected.

Can some one point me to the resources that will show me how to make all of this work. I have OpenDNS in place, but I need something a little more atomic than what is being offered by OpenDNS.

Access Restriction is right there in the sidebar, as shown in my screenshot below, and it can definitely do what you described in the rest of your post.
