I having terrible luck trying to get tomato to run for any significant time without locking up the router. The most I have run is 2 days, usually less. Maybe someone could point me to a solution. Here is my setup:

    Buffalo WHR-HP-G54
    Tomato RAF 1.25.8515 ND
Configuration: WEP, DHCP server on with a few static addresses, transmit power 20, enhanced rx sensitivity enabled.
Wireless clients: iphone 3G, 3 ipod touch 2Gs, ASUS HE1000 netbook. Wii, Dell latitude 610 laptop
    Wired Clients: xbox360

I have tried various versions of Tomato including 1.23 and 1.25 standard with no luck. I cleared the NVRAM between each install.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to collect much data since most of the lockups happen when I away from the router and the users are forced to power it off/on. The one time was able to do some debugging I observed that the wired connection was working fine, only the wireless connection was malfunctioning. I didn't see anything unusual in the logs except a lot of DHCP traffic from the Wii. I configured the Wii with a static address to prevent it from doing DHCP. This had no affect on the stability of the router.

I really want to continue to use tomato. Any help that anyone can provide will be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Do either of the devices have Intel Wireless Cards/Chips? There are many posts of issues with them.

There have actually been issues with Intel wireless cards (probably in the Dell) and occasionally with Apple devices too. Best way to fault-find would be to eliminate them by switching off one at a time.
