I have a Wifi with more than 50 clients. I must give a fixed IP to clients, but the problem is that with Tomato 1.15 I cant register more than 50. Why this limitation? Any idea to fix it?

I guess the static dhcp entries are stored in nvram, which is a fixed maximum size.
You could use jffs to store a custom dnsmasq config, but loose the convenience of the web screen - but maybe with that many clients (not all at same time I hope!) editing a text file may well be easier to manage!

Look in /etc/dnsmasq.conf for how the router control logic passes the list of static reservations to dnsmasq.
