'STMP error' (not SMTP!) in inbound log of WAG354G-EU

For a couple of weeks I am regularly getting 'stmp error' in the outbound log of my Linksys internet router (no I am not writing sMTp wrongly, it definitely says sTMp!). I never had these before.
The message is in both the log fields "protocol" and "destination". The "source" field is empty:

    Date-------Time-----Protocol----Src-----Dest
    2008/08/15 06:55:22 stmp________________stmp error

A Google lookup hardly gives anything (besides lots of typos in SMTP). STMP seems to stand for "Sequence and Topology encoding for Multicast Protocol". I don't use Multicast in my network.

I have no clue where this comes from. Does anyone else have this too or does someone know if this can be ignored? Could this even be a typo in the Linksys software itself and be related to SMTP after all?

    Thanks,
    Rob
