    Hello everyone.
Everything started yesterday when i updated my WRT54GL from 1.23.8505ND to 1.23.8511ND
i could'nt connect to router with cable (neither static ip nor dhcp, dhcp shows limited connectivity), only via wireless. nvram was cleared.

    Logs where showing:

And after a while windows showed that interface had limited connectivity. Happened the same with Ubuntu and XP.

After playing around a bit and restarting router several times i managed to get ip from dhcp. But web interface was'nt reachable. I could only telnet to the router but still if i tryed to ping the router i got about 50% packet loss.

I managed to downgrade to the linksys stock firmware wirelessly and it seems that it's a router hardware fault, sometimes it gets ip address, sometimes it don't, sometimes ssid shows up on wireless network list sometimes it don't, sometimes i can connect wirelessly, sometimes i don't (Reset performed via web gui, and with the reset button on the back). And the questions is: Is there a way to recover it or it's time for this little baby to go to the warranty centre ?

My two cents? It seems that way...and if so I think you have nothing to do than to go to service...sorry.

Only one extra thought in addition to danix71 - check the power supply...

Well after being turned off for few days it seems that damn thing recovered itself, now i can get an ip from dhcp normally and connect to router wirelessly. Strange.
