other side of dispute??? what a joke

Not too sure how Sveasoft can have another side to the problem. They aell a service for XX amount of dollars that includes support and unlimited users. The support is horrible, the unlimited users are when ever they get around to letting you change mac addresses. When you get frustrated, like me after three months of being ignored, you are kicked off of the site and banned from accessing it.

I was contacted by the US Consumer Protection Agency and the Sweedish Consumer Protection Agency. Both told me they are flooded with complaints about the business practices of Sveasoft. I requested a refund for the bad product and horrible service. Well see if any money is refunded to my payapl account.

I can't imagine how Sveasoft still manages to maintain any kind of customer base with the way they treat their customers and the public in general.

Jim is pretty messed up. He needs a psychotherapist, and should be fully medicated.

What goes around comes around Jimbo, and it couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

I use to support the project, what a mistake that was.

we could talk about this all night. tbh money is the route of all evil. no matter who, what, when where, people get greedy. the issue is however one for the GPL, OpenWRT and Sveasoft to sort out.
