Main purpose - to identifying, limiting and prioritising (low) skype traffic by guests while maintaining my MS Lync connection
As appears to be quite common around North America we have a 40 GB / month plan and pay big bucks to go over ($2 per GB) - we will probably end up paying to get out of this deal

Just a note to say thank you for your efforts to do something better than the big guys re bandwidth monitoring and control by IP/MAC.

I struggled for a few days getting used to my new toy and have had good experiences. (ie no major problems)
I do struggle to get definitive explanation of some of the terms and techniques used. - perhaps there is a place for a good technical writer to prepare a good manual (PS I have not actually seen a "good" manual anywhere before)

I was quite fearful of sacrificing my new baby in the interests of progress but am now pleased I did.

Your QoS tutorial is one the best I've seen - thank you so much

I also read that guide 3 months ago and it was great, I remember thinking thank god someone took some of his time to write this, and how this guy will never know how many ppl read what he wrote, I also liked the one about the Antenna's and gain.

    Anyway thanks for your writing
