The difference between WPA-AES and WPA2-AES?

    Several routers can implement WPA-TKIP, nothing new there. Since WPA2 was released one can also implement WPA-AES and WPA2-AES.

    Now what's the difference?

    wpa2 is stonger encryption and aes is hardware decrypting and encrypting of the data thus lower resource usage because the hardware is doing the work and not software.
