Recently my internet always freeze for 3-5 seconds while running some p2p programs. As I am a heavy player in online game, this really make me in trouble. I was originally using thibor 15b and today I switched to 15c and have erased the nvram, but the problem is not solved yet. Just wonder what would be the possible reason for that.

    I am running Thibor 15c on WRT54G v4

I didn't have this problem until last week...

    Thanks

are you leaving the p2p programs open while playing the games?

Yes, but this problem didn't happen before, and I am not a heavy bittorrent user too.
I notice that the system load is not normal (before it never go greater than 0.10)

    System Load : 0.71 / 0.47 / 0.33

    is it normal?

    Thanks!

I noticed that when I have the freezing problem, I get high ping from the computer to the router. (300-400ms)

Try using another client than BitComet if you use that (µTorrent or Azureus are better alternatives) and if that doesnt help, try tweaking your settings a bit, less connections and of course you have to cap your bandwith.
If you dont use DHT or "trackerless torrents" you should also turn that function off, it uses some bandwith but can open lot of connections.

I would try it. Another question: what would be the normal system load? I think my system load is quite high...

what do you mean system load? constant CPU useage? or number of processes running?
