Toastman high CPU usage - newer QoS ?

Decided to upgrade to a newer Toastman build yesterday (I was on an ancient build with the old style QoS, but it was faultless) on my Netgear 3500L (v1).

When downloading at full speed (30mbps) a single file (no torrents), no QoS, using around 70-80% CPU and the loads increases - but does not cause any slowdown, but as soon as I enable QoS its only takes a few minutes of downloading or a few seconds with a torrent to cause a high load.

I suspect its the way the IMQ device is in use (even if QoS is not used) causing extra processing, does this sound right ?

Can I disable the IMQ device and inbound QoS (I only need outbound QoS as I only get 2mbps out to the net) ?

    Cheers, Nick
