Toastman + Logging not working?

    I went to go view my logs, they don't seem to have anything in them, the page is blank. I tried changing directories to my USB drive, local, etc, and it doesn't seem to log anything. I tried tweaking other little things like space, rotations, etc…is there a version that possibly fixes it?

    I am on E4200 with 1.28.0500 USB VLAN VPN
    attached is a screenshot of everything I have setup...

    bandwidth logging looks to be working fine, as does ip logging.
