    What are these devices ?

I know who Symara is. That is my girlfriends PC.

But what about the other devices?

If you didn't enable security, there's a good chance someone else has connected to your router wirelessly and is using your internet connection.

First one is a printer or scanner (epson)

The next one is something made by asus.

Someone said that failed connection attempts could show up there as well.

But maybe those entries are from various devices that you own... or maybe someone guessed your pre-shared key.

Yes I have an Epson Artisan 800 Scanner/Printer

    my Girlfriends laptop

    and a PS3

    what is this ?

    vlan1 00:01:5C:24:C4:82

i click on [oui] and get this:
Here are the results of your search through the public section of the IEEE Standards OUI database report for 00-01-5C:

    00-01-5C (hex) CADANT INC.
    00015C (base 16) CADANT INC.
    4343 Commerce Court - Ste. #207
    Lisle IL 60532

Your attention is called to the fact that the firms and numbers listed may not always be obvious in product implementation. Some manufacturers subcontract component manufacture and others include registered firms' OUIs in their products.

vlan1 is the WAN port. So it's probably the MAC address of your ISP's equipment, the gateway.
