Tomato & Dicert Connect [dc++] problem

I moved from use of my Netgear router to Linksys WRTGS with latest Tomato.
Before this I set up Opendchub and it was working on previous router. I was able to share files between users over LAN.
Now I can connect to hub, but cannot download list of directories and files of other users. Same different way. Connecting... Connection timeout.
I disabled most of Tomato options: dhcp, qos, enabled options in firewall like ICMP pings, SYN cookies, multicasting.
It doesn't matter if I switch on, off Enable UPnP, NAT-PNP. Same scenario. No connection.

I reset to factory settings, nothing has changed.
