    Whats the big deal?

    1) My downstream is rated by my ISP at 15megabit/sec
    2) It's from a wireless computer with a cheap USB wifi adapter getting 25-50% signal loss to the AP
    3) It's a Windows machine

DD-WRT could only dream of such a feat. Before I converted to Tomato I thought my max transfer was 1.4MB/s and that was only from my ISP's FTP, like 6 hops away, on a GOOD day.

(and yes, it's 99% bittorrent traffic)

If you have enabled QoS on DD-WRT and set the limits to 80%-90%, then it is perfectly normal.
