    Hi all!
i just did a script driven OTA (over the air) upgrade of all my AP's with 0% fault !

life is one of the hardest ! *FG*

after working for more than 2 years with dd-wrt ( which i liked ) i switched last year to tomato.
unfortunately, stability and also the reliability of dd-wrt is far away form any productive environment.

so. i just risked to upgrade from .13 to.14 wireless =)

the longest hop was 2,65 km, both ap's wrt-54 gl with omni 7 dbi antennas at 128 mW.
the update time was frightening 5,43 min.

The entire wireless net here (58aps mounted at 30 - 90 m above ground) cover approx 25 sq kilometers =)

    Thailand rules.

    Mighty impressive!
Care to share the script you did this with? (I have not checked the forums for scripts, so apologies if this is posted already).

    impressive ? i don't think so.

i just thought it is worth mentioning.
with dd-wrt i tried the same and some ap's had to be de-bricked ( that included some effort to reach them)

the script is done with iMacro and firefox.

you have got an idea to do it with an shell script? these updates don't happen that often =)
