Tostman in AP mode - QoS?

I'm about to use Toastman on a Asus RT-N16, however at the moment it will be running in AP mode (maybe in router mode in the future).

I was wondering if the promising "QoS" filters will be available also when running in AP mode. Particularly I'm interested in-

    - per MAC address bandwidth limiting
    - "media" bandwidth limiting (all sorts of online video bandwidth limiting)

QOS in AP mode works fine in the original Tomato build, so I would be surprised if it does not in Toastman's. Per MAC is easy, but you will likely find that classifying bandwidth as specific content types (rather than specific ports/sources/destinations/sizes) to be a challenge, as every site will be different.
